My Research: I'm currently working on a senior honors thesis with Dr. Crystal Hoyt (a social psychologist in the Jepson School) & Dr.Cindy Bukach (a Cognitive Neuroscientist in the Psychology Department) and looking at implicit gender biases in hiring for leadership positions.
